• You may cancel a single session or spa package booking up to 24 hours before its start time (excluding overnight healing ceremonies and retreats). Eligible cancelations will be refunded in credits towards future bookings on aloeewellness.com (new appointment must be within 90 days from the date of cancelation). Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed will be charged the full price of the service, and the cost of the original booking can not be used as credits. We are not responsible for any technology, travel, or other challenges on your end that may cause you to delay or miss your appointment.
• Overnight Healing Ceremonies: cancelation requests made with a minimum 30-day notice (excluding the day of request) are refundable in credits (minus 10% administrative cost) towards future bookings on aloeewellness.com. New bookings must be booked within 90 days from the day of cancelation, and the event date must be within 180 days from the day of cancelation. Cancelations with less than 30 days notice are non-refundable. There is no refund or reschedule if you miss your scheduled event. If you have any restricted health condition (outlined on the registration page and you've consented to during registration), we reserve the right to decline your attendance as a safety protocol and you are not eligible for a refund.
• Retreats: due to the significant efforts required to prepare for the retreats, cancelations with less than 30 day notice (excluding the day of request) is non-refundable but transferrable (can be used by another person in your place). Cancelations with a minimum of 30 day notice (excluding the day of request) are eligible for 50% refund (less 10% administrative cost). There is no refund or reschedule if you miss your scheduled event. There is no refund or reschedule if you miss your scheduled event. If you have any restricted health condition (which you consent to during registration) or violation of the safety protocol outlined in the service agreement (which you consent to during registration) we reserve the right to decline your attendance to the particular activity as a safety protocol and you are not eligible for refund.
• Packages and subscriptions: All packages and subscriptions are non-refundable. However, it is transferrable before the 1st session is booked. You can not claim a refund or credits for any unused service for any package or subscription past its valid period. 24 hour cancelation policy applies to each session. Cancelations with less than 24 hours can not be rescheduled, refunded, or redeemed as credits towards future bookings. Please refer to the individual package's specific terms & conditions.
• It's your sole responsibility to ensure access to our affiliated service providers to your accommodation for mobile/in-home services that are delivered in your location. If you fail to confirm before booking our service and your accommodation does not allow external service providers to enter, your appointment will be canceled without a refund.
• There is no refund or rescheduling to missed appointments, retreats, or events.
• Official cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to [email protected]. Cancelations made via any message, chat or call are not valid.
• An eligible canceled booking will be automatically refunded as credits in your account for future use, valid for 365 days from the date of your original booking. You can apply credits towards purchasing any service offered on aloeewellness.com.
• It is your sole responsibility to contact us in regards to claiming your credits within 7 days of your eligible cancelation (excluding the day of the request). If your request is later than 7 days after your original booking, you will not be eligible for credits.
• If a booking is canceled by us and/or our service providers, we will gladly offer rescheduling of your service or full refund back to your original method of payment, with the exception of factors beyond our control (i.e. Force Majeure).
• We do not issue refund for cancelations due to factors beyond our control (i.e. Force Majeure, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, mobilization, mobilization, fire, strike and lockout, etc., which occur in such a way and to such a degree as to partially or completely, temporarily or permanently stop the working possibilities of our services, and the decisions taken by the government). In the case of Force Majeure, we will issue refund as credits that you can use towards any service and/or products offered by us, valid for 365 calendar days from the original date of booking.
• We reserves the right to change its Cancelation Policy at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to check the updated policy on www.aloeewellness.com/cancelation-policy.
