Cancelation Policy

• You may cancel an online healing or spa appointment up to 24 hours before its start time.  Eligible cancelations will be refunded less 10% admininstration cost, or credits (valid for 365 days from issuing) towards future bookings on aloeewellness.com. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed will be charged in full, not eligible for credits or rescheduling. Bookings with promotional prices are non-refundable and are not eligible for credits or change. We are not responsible for any technology, travel, or other challenges on your end that may cause you to delay or miss your appointment. 

• Master Ceremonies: Bookings for Jungle Healing Ceremony and Aya Pass, including associated add-on services, are non-refundable due to associated costs for preparation. Cancelations with a minimum 14 day notice are transferrable to another person, and are eligible for credits (valid for 365 days from issuing) or rescheduling. Cancelations with less than 14 day notice or missed appointments, including due to illness, accidents, or unexpected events on customer side, are not eligible for credits, rescheduling, or refund. Bookings with promotional prices are non-refundable and are not eligible for credits or change. All cancelation and change requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] (WhatsApp messages are not qualified). 

• All other plant healing:  Bookings for Bufo Alvarius Ceremony, Kambo Therapy, Sananga Therapy, Mambe & Ambil are eligible for refund (less 10% administration cost), credits (valid for 365 days from issuing) or rescheduling with a minimum 14 day notice. Cancelations made with less than 14 day notice or missed appointments are not eligible for refund, credits or rescheduling.Bookings with promotional prices are non-refundable and are not eligible for credits or change. All cancelation and rescheduling requests must be officially submitted in writing to [email protected] (WhatsApp messages are not qualified).

Participation requires accurate disclosure of your medical condition, psychiatric diagnoses, and current medications/supplements. Failure to disclose relevant health or medical information, or providing false/misleading information, may result in denied participation without refund or credit. By booking, you acknowledge that healing work requires your commitment and participation. Results depend on your engagement and efforst. 

• Retreats: Space holding fees are non-refundable. Remainder payment is refundable (less 10% administration cost) with a minimum of 30 day notice. Cancelations with less than 30 day notice are non-refundable but transferrable to another person before retreat starts.  Any cancelation with less than 30 day notice, or no-shows, are charged in full and are not eligible for credits. Bookings with promotional prices are non-refundable and cancelations are not eligible for credits . All cancelation and change requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] (WhatsApp messages are not qualified). 

Registrants are required to disclose accurately and honestly any and all medical conditions, psychiatric diagnoses, and current medications/supplements. Failure to disclose relevant health or medical information, or providing false/misleading information, may result in denied participation without refund or credit.  You are solely liable for any risk and outcome associated with undisclosed conditions. By booking, you acknowledge that healing work requires your commitment and participation. Results depend on your engagement and efforst.

• Packages and subscriptions: All packages and subscriptions are non-refundable. However, it is transferrable before the 1st session is booked. You can not claim a refund or credits for any unused service for any package or subscription past its valid period.  24 hour cancelation policy applies to each session. Cancelations with less than 24 hours can not be rescheduled, refunded, or redeemed as credits towards future bookings. Please refer to the individual package’s specific terms & conditions.

• Official cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to [email protected]. Cancelations made via any message, chat or call are not valid.

• Credits are valid for 365 days from the issuing date.  You may apply credits towards purchasing any service and products offered on aloeewellness.com.  

• It is your sole responsibility to contact us in regards to claiming your credits within 7 days of your eligible cancelation (excluding the day of the request). If your request is later than 7 days after your original booking, you will not be eligible for credits.  

• If a booking is canceled by us and/or our service providers, we will gladly offer rescheduling of your service or full refund back to your original method of payment, with the exception of factors beyond our control (i.e. Force Majeure). 

• We do not issue refund for cancelations due to factors beyond our control (i.e. Force Majeure, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, mobilization, mobilization, fire, strike and lockout, etc., which occur in such a way and to such a degree as to partially or completely, temporarily or permanently stop the working possibilities of our services, and the decisions taken by the government). In the case of Force Majeure, we will issue refund as credits that you can use towards any service and/or products offered by us, valid for 365 calendar days from the original date of booking.  

• We reserves the right to change its Cancelation Policy at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to check the updated policy on www.aloeewellness.com/cancelation-policy.
