This website is operated by ALOEÉ Co. (public trade name as Aloee Wellness). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ALOEÉ Co. https://aloeewellness.com is a digital platform (referred as “Platform”) and marketplace that connects wellness services and consumers. We provide all information, tools and services available (thereafter referred as our “Service”) to Clients, the consumers, (“You”, “Yours”, “Client”, “Clients”), conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain Services may be available exclusively online through our Platform. These Services may have limited quantities and are subject to cancelation or rescheduling only according to our Cancelation Policy.

We have made every effort to display information and images as accurately as possible to demonstrate our Services. The images may not be exactly the same as in reality.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any Service that we offer. All descriptions of service pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any Service at any time. Any offer for any Service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order or booking you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our Platform. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment information, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 7 – CANCELATION & RESCHEDULE OF SERVICES

You must accept our Cancelation Policy in order to book/use any of our services. By booking any service, event, or class hosted on our Platform, paid or free, you agree to the following:

Clients (“you”, “yours”) must accept cancelation policy determined by Aloee Wellness (“we”, “us”, “our” “ours”), owned and operated by ALOEÉ Co., in order to book any service on our platform (aloeewellness.com). By booking any service, event, class, package or retreat hosted on our site, paid or free, you agree to the following:

• Official cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@aloeewellness.com Cancelations made via any messsage, chat or calls are not valid.

• You may cancel/reschedule a single service or spa package booking (excluding retreats) up to 24 hours before its start. Eligible cancelations will be refunded in credits towards future bookings on aloeewellness.com (new appointments must be within 90 days of the original booking). Appointments canceled less than 24 hours notice or missed will be charged full price of the service, and the cost of the original booking can not be used towards a new booking. We are not responsible for any technology, travel or other challenges on your end that may cause your delay or missing the appointment.

• Due to the significant effort and upfront cost for preparation and commitment to our service providers, the 1 day retreats are non-refundable (in credits or cash) if cancelation requests are made less than 30-days prior to your retreat date (excluding the date of the request). Cancelation requests made at least 30 days or more prior to retreat date (excluding the date of the request) are eligible for 50% refund in credits towards future bookings for any service offered on aloeewellness.com (new service date must be within 365 days from the original booking). Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@aloeewellness.com

• Heal & Rise 4 Day retreats: Cancelation requests made with a minimum 30 day notice are 50% refundable in credits towards future bookings for any service offered on aloeewellness.com (new service dates must be within 365 days from the original booking). Cancelations with less than 30 day notice are non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@aloeewellness.com

• Packages and subscriptions: All packages and subscriptions is non-refundable. However, it is transferrable before the 1st session is booked. You can not claim refund or credits for any unused service for any package or subscription past its valid period. 24 hour cancelation policy applies to each session. Cancelations with less than 24 hours can not be rescheduled, refunded, or redeemed as credits towards future bookings. Please refer to individual package’s specific terms & conditions. Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@aloeewellness.com

• An eligible canceled booking will be automatically refunded as credits in your account for future use, valid for 365 days from the date of your original booking. You can apply credits towards purchasing any service offered on aloeewellness.com.

• It is your sole responsibility to contact us in regards to claiming your credits within 7 days of your cancelation (excluding the day of the request). If your request is later than 7 days after your original booking, you will not be eligible for credits.

• If a booking is canceled by us and/or our service providers, we will gladly offer rescheduling of your service or full refund back to your original method of payment, with the exception of factors beyond our control (i.e. Force Majeure).

• We do not issue refund for cancelations due to factors beyond our control (i.e. Force Majeure, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, mobilization, mobilization, fire, strike and lockout, etc., which occur in such a way and to such a degree as to partially or completely, temporarily or permanently stop the working possibilities of our services, and the decisions taken by the government). In the case of Force Majeure, we will issue refund as credits that you can use towards any service and/or products offered by us, valid for 365 calendar days from the original date of booking.

• We reserves the right to change its Cancelation Policy at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to check updated policy on www.aloeewellness.com/cancelation-policy.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

We may also, in the future, offer new Services and/or features through the Platform (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or Services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Certain content, products and Services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties.

Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or Services of third-parties.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, Services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party’s policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction

Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) without a request from us, you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, ‘comments’), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e‑mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

I was quite nervous when attending my retreat because it was something completely new for me, especially when I realised I would be the only one doing it that night. Edgar made me feel very comfortable from the start, explaining me the whole process, his history and asking about myself and my intentions to better guide me. The reservation process was very courteous and easy to use. Lacie was an amazing masseuse, very professional, knowledgable of her craft and had a wonderfully calming spirit. As first timers, we were a little nervous but followed the suggested diet for a week before our ayahuasca experience and asked questions that Aloee Wellness were quick to respond to before we arrived. Edgar and Zeb couldn’t have made us feel more confident that we were in safe hands and they were keen to ensure that everyone’s questions were satisfied at the initial briefing. A group of 5, we headed out to the jungle for an awesome and life changing experience. Edgar provided an anchor, explaining the ritual, gaugeing each participant’s appropriate dose of medicine and singing or chanting throughout the night (if that sounds in any way irritating, believe me, it’s never intrusive and is wholly appropriate). Perhaps we were lucky in that everyone went deep inside themselves and no-one purged/was sick, another indication of the care we received. I can’t emphasise enough how safe we felt, held and nurtured throughout, given the freedom to work with the medicine with utmost confidence . The jungle wildlife and stars!! We landed to a wonderful cacao ceremony and accomplished, meditative sound bath before heading to the beach for the final water ceremony. This is an experience that will reward your trust a hundred fold. We hope to return one day and would recommend it without hesitation. You’ll not regret it. I booked the 1-day Aya Retreat with Edgar and couldn’t be happier with my experience.Easy to book, great contact with Aloee the whole time I was in Playa/Puerto Morelos via WhatsApp—super responsive. And really good price for a real plant medicine ritual experience with a seasoned, authentic local healer.This was my second experience with Ayahuasca, and what really stood out were a few things. First, Edgar knows the stories and the history of the plant medicines, the peninsula, the people, the land. Having a guide who has spent 18+ years working with elders to apprentice into the tradition, to learn the forest and the wisdom, to be able to give deep history on everything from the symbolism to the culture to the language matters. It made me feel more comfortable leaning into the experience, trusting him to guide me through the journey and to get out of my own head—not an easy thing for me do, which is why I wanted to do it a second time.This time, I was able to let go and listen to my body without overthinking. The stories and songs were my guide, and Edgar gave a sense of peace through the whole night as a symphony of nature played outside around us.I was also surprised I didn’t get eaten alive by mosquitoes out in the jungle—the cabin was well protected and the weather was kind of perfect, with a light rain around maybe 3am that made everything cool and quiet until dreams swept me away.I woke up and we talked a while, ate some local fruits and nuts, and then closed the ritual. Afterwards, I walked around the area, following the trails a while, over to a small cenote on the property, than back into a tree line where I left some fruits as thanks on a large stone facade.It’s been a couple of weeks now, and I’m still feeling the calm of that night, which is saying something for me. I work in fast-paced startup environments and tend to be pretty heady, so my goal was to reconnect with myself—find a little peace and relearn to listen to myself. I’m naturally skeptical, spent more than a few years in neuroscience and now in biz ops, so I tend to be distrustful of anything I can’t quantify.One of the things that helped me trust the experience is the knowledge that Edgar shared about how the medicine is made, it’s origins, even appropriate dosage—ie it was measured, not guesswork.Edgar is a healer, I believe that—not easy to say for someone prone to disbelief. And I felt something shift in me that night.For my experience, though, as I’m sure everyone’s is a little different, the stories of Yucatán mattered most. We talked about the popol vuh—one of the origin stories I studied in grad school—of the Mayan people, their relationship to the plants and trees and earth and animals. It felt kind of like magic out there, with Edgar as a guide—Virgil walking Dante through the wood of confusion; time seems different. I feel a bit different—not a different person, just awake, more relaxed. That’s what I asked for—just didn’t expect to find it.Dissertation aside, I’ll be back to Aloee. There are more stories and dreams and questions to explore out there in the jungle, and I’d like to keep that connection alive—to listen into the night.There’s a good group of people at Aloee and Casa Sangha. Worth an annual retreat. Next time, I’ll try a second day, maybe another plant medicine, too. Humbled and grateful for this experience.

No words can describe how amazing this retreat was. A true connection with one’s soul. We chose to do a private ceremony, this was our first time deciding to do it private – it was the best decision for our group. We worked with Edgar, he is a healer that has tremendous amount of knowledge and lineage of healing… I have always had a traumatic experience when sitting down with Pachamama so I informed him about this before the ceremony.. he assured me that he would work with me. He is tremendously great at what he does, he is able to contain the space in a very safe manner, allowing us to heal without the fear of the unknown. Healing in the jungle is absolutely something that we must all do. Our souls are asking for it a lot of us just don’t know or aware of this.
