• You may cancel/reschedule a single service or spa package booking (excluding retreats) up to 24 hours before its start. Eligible cancelations will be refunded in credits towards future bookings on aloeewellness.com (new appointments must be within 90 days of the original booking). Appointments canceled less than 24 hours notice or missed will be charged full price of the service, and the cost of the original booking can not be used towards a new booking. We are not responsible for any technology, travel or other challenges on your end that may cause your delay or missing the appointment.
• Due to the significant effort and upfront cost for preparation and commitment to our service providers, the 1 day retreats are non-refundable (in credits or cash) if cancelation requests are made less than 30-days prior to your retreat date (excluding the date of the request). Cancelation requests made at least 30 days or more prior to retreat date (excluding the date of the request) are eligible for 50% refund in credits towards future bookings for any service offered on aloeewellness.com (new service date must be within 365 days from the original booking).
• Heal & Rise 4 Day retreats: Cancelation requests made with a minimum 30 day notice are 50% refundable in credits towards future bookings for any service offered on aloeewellness.com (new service dates must be within 365 days from the original booking). Cancelations with less than 30 day notice are non-refundable.
• Packages and subscriptions: All packages and subscriptions is non-refundable. However, it is transferrable before the 1st session is booked. You can not claim refund or credits for any unused service for any package or subscription past its valid period. 24 hour cancelation policy applies to each session. Cancelations with less than 24 hours can not be rescheduled, refunded, or redeemed as credits towards future bookings. Please refer to individual package’s specific terms & conditions.
• Official cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@aloeewellness.com Cancelations made via any messsage, chat or calls are not valid.
• An eligible canceled booking will be automatically refunded as credits in your account for future use, valid for 365 days from the date of your original booking. You can apply credits towards purchasing any service offered on aloeewellness.com.
• It is your sole responsibility to contact us in regards to claiming your credits within 7 days of your cancelation (excluding the day of the request). If your request is later than 7 days after your original booking, you will not be eligible for credits.
• If a booking is canceled by us and/or our service providers, we will gladly offer rescheduling of your service or full refund back to your original method of payment, with the exception of factors beyond our control (i.e. Force Majeure).
• We do not issue refund for cancelations due to factors beyond our control (i.e. Force Majeure, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, mobilization, mobilization, fire, strike and lockout, etc., which occur in such a way and to such a degree as to partially or completely, temporarily or permanently stop the working possibilities of our services, and the decisions taken by the government). In the case of Force Majeure, we will issue refund as credits that you can use towards any service and/or products offered by us, valid for 365 calendar days from the original date of booking.
• We reserves the right to change its Cancelation Policy at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to check updated policy on www.aloeewellness.com/cancelation-policy.
