Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Aloee Wellness, we prioritize your safety and ensure that our services run smoothly for all participants. This page outlines our cancellation, rescheduling, and credit policies for all retreats, ceremonies, and appointments. Participation is subject to our Safety Screening, and refunds or rescheduling may be denied if undisclosed health conditions or safety risks are discovered. By purchasing any service listed on aloeewellness.com, you consent to our cancelation & refund policy.

Non-Refundable Items (no refund, credit or rescheduling):

  • Promotional bookings or special offers
  • Late cancellations within the service-specific deadlines
  • No-shows or missed appointments
  • Any previously undisclosed health conditions, medications, supplements, or safety risks affecting eligibility
  • Personal circumstances, including but not limited to illness, travel, or emergencies beyond Aloee Wellness’s control

Spring Sale Terms & Conditions

1. Eligible Services: The Spring Sale promotion applies to The Retreat Pass and Private Ayahuasca Ceremonies.

2. Promotion Period: The Spring Sale promotion ends on May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM (Cancún, Mexico local time). No exceptions will be made for late purchases.

3. Booking & Redemption Window: All purchases must be completed by the promotion end date. All services must becompleted on or before September 30, 2026. Any unused services after this date will be forfeited without refund or credit.

4. Final Sale Policy: All purchases made under this promotion are final sale. No refunds, credits, chargebacks, or cancellations will be permitted under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal reasons, travel disruptions, illness, or change of plans.

5. No Rescheduling: Bookings made under this promotion are not eligible for rescheduling. Clients are responsible for selecting dates they can fully commit to.

6. Transferability: Purchases may be transferred to another individual only once, provided:

  • The transfer request is submitted in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled service
  • The new participant completes and passes all required health and safety screening (Aloee reserves the right to decline transfer if the participant can not meet the safety standards)
  • The new participant agrees to all terms and conditions

The organizer reserves the right to deny participation if safety criteria are not met, with no refund issued.

7. Participant Responsibility: By purchasing, clients acknowledge they are physically, mentally, and emotionally eligible to participate. Participation is voluntary and at their own risk. All participants must complete any required waivers and safety screening at the time of registration.

8. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse or remove any participant at any time if deemed unsafe, disruptive, or not aligned with safety protocols. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

9. Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or venue issues), we reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or substitute services at our discretion. No refunds will be issued.

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes: By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. Any disputes must be resolved directly with us. Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of these terms and may result in legal action.

11. Agreement to Terms: By purchasing, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined above.

Safety & Eligibility:

  • Participation is conditional on passing our safety screening.
  • Any undisclosed health conditions, medications, supplements, or other safety risks before booking may result in declined participation with no refund, credit, or rescheduling.

Force Majeure / Beyond Our Control:

  • Aloee Wellness is not responsible for cancellations due to personal circumstances beyond our control, including illness, travel delays, emergencies, or other unforeseen events.
  • In such cases, credits may be issued at our discretion, valid for 365 days, but cash refunds will not be provided.

Dispute Resolution:

  • All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@aloeewellness.com. Requests via phone, chat, WhatsApp or any other channel alone are not valid.
  • If you have questions or concerns, please contact us before disputing with your payment provider. This ensures we can help resolve issues directly.

Acknowledgment at booking:

By completing a booking on aloeewellness.com, you explicitly confirm that you:

  • have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • Understand that eligibility screening and honest self-disclosure are required for participation.
  • Accept the rules regarding rescheduling, credits, and non-refundable items
