Cancelation Policy

Clients (“you”, “yours”) must accept cancelation policy determined by ALOEE Wellness (“we”, “us”, “our” “ours”), owned and operated by ALOEE Co.,  in order to book any service on our platform ( By booking any service, event, class, package or retreat hosted on our site, paid or free, you agree to the following:

• You may cancel/reschedule a single service booking or package (excluding retreats) up to 24 hours before its start. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours notice or missed will be charged full price of the service, and the cost of the original booking can be used towards a new booking. We are not responsible for any technology, travel or other challenges on your end that may cause your delay or missing the appointment. 

• Due to the significant effort/cost to prepare for the retreat, the retreat payment is non-refundable with less than 21-day notice (not including the date of the cancelation request) prior to your retreat start date. Appointments canceled with less than a 21 day notice will be charged full price of the retreat.  However, we will always try our best to offer you alternative dates within 90 days from the original booking for rescheduling if availability allows. If retreat booking is canceled with a minimum 21 day notice (not including the date of the cancelation request), we will gladly refund 50% of your total retreat cost (minus 5% payment processing fee).

• You can not claim refund or credits for any unused service for any package or subscription past its valid period. 

• An eligible canceled booking will be automatically refunded as credits in your account for future use, valid for 90 days from the date of your original booking. You can apply credits towards purchasing any service offered on  We can accomodate rescheduling once only for the same service, package, and/or retreat. 

• It is your sole responsibility to contact us in regards to claiming your credits within 7 days of your cancelation. If your request is later than 7 days after your original booking, you will not be eligible for credits.  

• If a booking is canceled by us and/or our service providers, we will gladly offer rescheduling of your service or refund back to your original method of payment, with the exception of factors beyond our control (i.e. Force Majeure). 

• We do not issue refund for cancelations due to factors beyond our control (i.e. Force Majeure, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, mobilization, mobilization, fire, strike and lockout, etc., which occur in such a way and to such a degree as to partially or completely, temporarily or permanently stop the working possibilities of our services, and the decisions taken by the government). In the case of Force Majeure, we will issue refund as credits that you can use towards any service and/or products offered by us, valid for 365 calendar days from the original date of booking.
