Where is Aloee Wellenss?

Aloee Wellness is an online portal. Our team is quite international, spread from Mexico, Canada, to Europe. Our service delivery is at two main locations through partnerships: near Cancun and Tulum, Mexico. Majority of the plant medicine ceremonies, such as private Ayahuasca Ceremonies, Bufo Ceremony, Kambo Ceremony, Mambe Ceremony, and Sananga Ceremony are offered at our Casa Shirely in Puerto Morelos (near Cancun), Mexico. The Retreat Pass is offered at our Ekumal near Tulum, Mexico. Private retreats and private events are customized to client’s needs, in various locations in the Mayan Riviera.

How do I get to your locations?

There is no easy public transit as they are in the jungle. The easist way to get to our venue is by car, or taxi. We offer private and reliable transportation for your convinence.

Can you arrange transportation?

Absolutely. We offer private transportation to Aloee Wellness guests with our reliable drivers. You can add the option in your booking flow or book separately.

How much is your private transportation?

We offer private transportation to our guests from/to anywhere in Mayan Riviera, Mexico. A round trip private transportation starts from $160 USD. Detailed pricing per route is displayed during your registration flow or on our transportation booking page.

What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, Visa Debit and PayPal for booking deposits.  If there’s any remaining balance applicable, cash payment is accepted. 

Who’s your Shaman?

Depending on your booking, you may be scheduled with one of our trusted and experienced shamans. Our lead shaman, Edgar, is a 5th generation healer, from a long family history of healers. The Retreat Pass offer a one-day retreat like experience for individuals, couples or private groups. It combines modern comfort with traditional healing to offer our guests the best of both worlds. Guests have the flexibility to customize the “retreat” to their travel schedule, and choice of activities. The package includes core services such as private villa accommodations, an ayahuasca / peyote / psilocybin mushroom ceremony, prepareation workshop, integration, breakfast, and hotel amenities. Where is the Retreat Pass

How do I get to the Retreat Pass venue?

The Aloee Wellness Retreat Pass venue is conveniently located near Tulum downtown, just off the highway. It is easily accessible by car. Since taxi will be challenging to catch fro your return, we recommend booking a car in advance, rent a car, or book a private ride with us.

How far is the Retreat Pass from Tulum?

The Retreat Pass location is about 20 mins outside of Tulum Downtown, or about 90 mins from Cancun by car.

Is the Retreat Pass in the jungle?

Yes. The Aloee Retreat Pass is offered at a beautiful jungle resort, Ekumal Sanctuary, in the Tulum jungle. Our guests have the luxury of modern amenities while benefiting from the traditional indigenous healing.

Can I extend my Retreat Pass?

Yes. The Retreat Pass allows flexibility to extend to multi-day packages, whether you would like the same experiences repeatedly, or simply add on extra nights of accommodations. Please contact us if you need a customized booking.

When is the Retreat Pass available?

The Retreat Pass availability is posted on our registration page. You’ll be able to see up to 3 months in advance. If you’d like to book further ahead, please contact us.

How is the Retreat Pass different from Private Group Retreats?

While both expriences are private, the private group retreats are designed for a group while the Retreat Pass is for individuals or a couple. Both of them have the flexibility to customize the date, activities and duration. The private retreats are typically three (3) nights or longer, and the Retreat Pass can be as short as one (1) night only.

Is your Ayahuasca /Peyote / Mushroom ceremony safe?

Every healing journey is unique, and so is every facilitator. That’s why choosing a responsible and experienced center is crucial. Aloee Wellness, we prioritize safety and caution above all. We have a thorough health and safety screening protocal in place to ensure participants are in safe hands. We are proud to have zero (0) hospitalization case.

Our 5th generation shaman, Edgar, has dedicated his life to mastering power plants like Ayahuasca, Peyote, and Psilocybin Mushrooms. He’ll conduct a personalized consultation to understand your intentions, physical health, and experience. The plant mixture will be administered gradually, starting with a minimal dose and increasing as needed. Throughout the journey, you maintain control over the dosage and depth of your experience.Our shaman and experienced facilitators will guide and support you throughout. Edgar has worked with people of all ages, backgrounds, and experiences, ensuring a safe and impactful journey.

What is the availability for ayahuasca ceremonies?

We offer private ayahuasca ceremonies on selected dates (options for peyote or psilocybin mushroom, too). Please check the calendar availability on the registration page.

What time is the ayahuasca ceremony?

The private ayahuasca ceremonies starts at 11:00 am and night time ceremonies (as part of the Retreat Pass) starts at 6:30pm.

How long is the ayahuasca ceremony?

The duration varies depending on the format and individual experiences. Generally speaking, the ceremony is about 5-8 hours. In addition, we offer preparation workshop (1 hour) before the ceremony and integration afterwards. If you booked the Retreat Pass, your entire stay is for 1 day (3pm until 12pm next day) with options to extend.

Can I book an ayahuasca ceremony for just myself?

We offer private ayahuasca, peyote, and psilocybin ceremonies or the Retreat Pass, designed for personal healing retreats (even for 1 person!)

Do you offer group ayahuasca ceremony?

We no longer offer public drop-in type of group ceremonies as we focus on providing optimal experiences for our guests. We do offer private group retreats for small groups, businesses, and on a corporate level. How much is an ayahuasca ceremony?

We offer either private ayahuasca ceremonies, with peyote and psilocybin options, starting at $450 USD per person. Please check our booking page for pricing details.

What’s included in your ayahuaca ceremony?

Not every ceremony is equal, so it’s important to compare what is included when you consider options. Your Jungle Healing experience is a comprehensive package. Included in each registration:

Pre-Ceremony: Complimentary health screening, preparation guide and an optional 30-minute virtual consultation.
Ceremony Day: Preparation Workshop, rituals, plant mixture (Ayahusca with complimentary rapé, Peyote or Psilocybin Mushroom), integration circle, and guided meditation.
Post-Ceremony: Integration guide and optional 30-minute virtual shamanic counseling session.

Is accommodation included?

The private healing ceremonies are at day time, so accommodations are not necesary. If you’d like an option with accommodations, the Retreat Pass – 1 day Personal Retreats is a perfect choice.

What’s a private booking?

A private booking means this service is reserved and personalized to you (or your group), and none others will be there. You are able to choose a date most convenient to you, and enjoy a private experience exclusive to you (or your group).

What’s the difference between teh Retreat Pass and Private Ayahuasca Ceremonies?

They both contains an ayahuasca ceremony (can swap for peyote or psilocybin mushroom). The difference is in the expericenc package, location and time:

Different Experiences: the private ayahuasca ceremonies do not include accommodations or meals as they are not necessary. Once participants complete the ceremonial activities, they will be dismissed to leave the property. The Retreat Pass is a 1 day personal retreat experience, including private villa accommodations, breakfast next day, and hotel amenities during your stay. You can also add on additional services if you’d like, such as massage therapy, other plant medicine healing, or extended stay.

Different Locations: Retreat Pass is offered near Tulum while Private Ayahuasca Ceremonies are offered near Cancun. You can choose the location most convenient to you.

Different Durations: the Retreat Pass is an overnight experience from 3pm checkin until 12pm next day. Private Ayahuasca Ceremonies is a single ceremony during the day, starting from 11am and concludes approxately by 5-7pm (duration varies individually).

Which plant medicine is right for me?

To best determine a suitable plant medicine for your specific needs, we recommend you book a complimentary consultation to discuss with a conselor.

Can I and my companion have two different types of plant medicine in the same ceremony?

Unfortunately that’s not possible. Each healing ceremony only serves one medicine at a time, as it requires all participants to be on the same energetic level. ln the case of two people wanting two different medicines, two seperate ceremonies would need to be scheduled.

How do I book my ceremony?

Booking for Private Ayahuasca Ceremonies is conveniently available online through Aloee’s booking page. Simply choose a time, fill out your information and complete the payment, and a confirmation email with detailed instructions will be sent to you upon successful booking.

How soon can I book my ceremony?

We require a minimum of 2 day notice, and as early as 6 months in advance.

How long do I need to prepare for the plant medicine ceremony?

If you are taking certain restricted medications, a mandatory detox period is required before ayahuaca, peyote, psilocybin mushroom or bufo alvarius ceremonies. Otherwise, the dietary and mental preparation is recommended but up to personal discretion. Typically we advise 1-2 weeks or minimum of 3 days of dietary adjustment before the ceremony. It does not guarantee the outcome of your ceremony. It is very important to check your health eligibility first or talk to a healthcare professional to make sure your safety.

How do I prepare for an ayahuasca ceremony?

Generally speaking a few days up to 2 weeks before your ceremony, it’s good to mentally prepare for it through meditation, contemplating on an intention, and slowing down intentionally. Most participants will also start to adjust their diet by gradually eliminate red meat, alcohol, caffeine, diary, sugar and process foods. We will send you a detailed email including instructions on preparation once you register. In the meantime, you can take a look at our preparation guide.

What do I need to do before my ayahuasca ceremony?

We will send you detailed email instructions upon registration, including a plant medicine preparation guide an other useful information. A few things. to consider before your ayahuasca ceremony:

1. It’s recommended to adjust your diet a few days up to 2 weeks pior to your ayahuasca ceremony (same for peyote or psilocybin mushroom).
2. It is also good to plan your schedule to ensure plenty of space and free time before and after your ceremony. This is important for maximizing optimal result of your healing process.
3. Schedule transportation: It is not safe to drive after an ayahuasca ceremony. If you don’t already have a car arranged, you can also book a private transportation with us in advance. The ceremonies are in a private jungle location, so catching a taxi without planning is not advised. Uber is not legal in this region.

Do you have experience with first-timers?

Many guests attending our retreats were first timers. Our shamans and healers are very gentle and experienced with all levels of experiences. They will first talk with you to get to know you in order to personalize your experience and dosage. All ayahuasca, peyote and psilocybin mushroom ceremonies will begin with the lowest dosage, only increase gradually when necessary based on your body’s response and your desire. You’ll have control over how much you take and how deep you’d like to go in the journey.

Can I bring someone along who will not participate?

You can not. In order to ensure the same energy frequency and therefore healing results for participants, no observer or non-registered guests is allowed. If the venue permits, your companion can wait in a separate area.

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

As it is your private experience, you can take photos if you wish to – but we kindly ask you not to take any photo or video of the shaman during service. We recommend you focus on the healing experience during the journey.

Where’s your location for bufo, kambo, mambe and sananga ceremony?

We offer bufo alvarius, kambo, mambe and ambil, and sananga ceremony mainly at our Puerto Morelos location – Casa Shirley (near Cancun). It’s about 40 mins from the Cancun International Airport, 30 mins from Playa del Carmen, and 1 hour from Tulum downtown. They can also be added to the Retreat Pass at our Ekumal location near Tulum.

How long is bufo / kambo / mambe / sananga ceremony?

As all our healing ceremonies are private experiences, duration also varies depending on the individual. Generally speaking these are shorter ceremonies (compared to ayahuasca or psilocybin ceremonies) ranging from 60-120 mins.

When can I book a bufo / kambo / mambe / sananga ceremony?

You can book any of our services online at least 24 hours before the intended appointment time. We don’t accept walk-in or last minute booking, as these sacred healing activities require thorough preparation from the healer and participants.
