By booking any plant-based healing service hosted on this platform (aloeewellness.com, “Platform”), you and all persons included in your booking (“Participant,” “You”) accept this Service Agreement on behalf of yourself and all participants in your booking.
1. Acknowledgment of Risk
Plant-based healing experiences and related practices involve physical, emotional, and psychological effects. You acknowledge that these experiences may involve risk, including injury, discomfort, or other consequences, even if all precautions are taken.
2. Voluntary Participation
By booking, you confirm that participation is entirely voluntary and that you are choosing to engage in the experience of your own free will.
3. Health & Eligibility
You agree to disclose accurate health history, psychiatric diagnoses, medications, supplements, recreational substance use, and any other information relevant to your safety. Failure to fully disclose this information may result in denied participation with no refund or credit.
4. Assumption of Risk & Waiver
You understand and agree that Aloee Wellness, its owners, affiliates, agents, practitioners, facilitators, and service providers (“Released Parties”) are not medical professionals and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You assume full responsibility for all risks related to your participation, including any injury, loss, damage, or health complications.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby waive, release, and discharge the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from or related to your participation.
5. Participation by Third Parties
If a service is booked by another individual on your behalf, you acknowledge that participation in any service offered by Aloee Wellness is voluntary and subject to all safety guidelines, eligibility requirements, and contraindications disclosed prior to participation.
By participating, you affirm that I have reviewed and understood the risks associated with the service and voluntarily assume full responsibility for my participation, regardless of who completed the booking or payment.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any third-party claims, legal actions, losses, or expenses arising from your conduct or participation.
7. Behavior & Safety Compliance
You agree to follow all safety instructions and respect all ceremonial protocols. If you exhibit behaviors that pose risk to anyone’s safety (such as being under the influence, carrying weapons, harassment), you agree that Aloee Wellness may end your participation immediately without refund, credit, or reschedule.
8. Acknowledgment of Terms
By booking, you confirm that you have read, understand, and accept this Service Agreement & Liability Waiver in full.
