However, when embarking on a healing journey, it's crucial to create space before and after your session. This practice not only enhances the effectiveness of the experience but also supports your overall well-being.
Before Your Healing Session
Preparation is key to fully immersing yourself in a holistic healing experience. Rather than rushing from one activity to another, take some quiet time to center yourself. Here are a few practices to help you prepare:
- Meditation: Spend a few minutes in silent meditation to calm your mind and set a positive intention for your session.
- Breath Work: Engage in deep, mindful breathing exercises to relax your body and mind.
- Intention: Take a moment to reflect on what you hope to achieve or release during your session.

After Your Healing Session
