These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Aloee Wellness website and any services, experiences, retreats, ceremonies, sessions, or offerings made available through aloeewellness.com (“Platform,” “Services,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
By accessing this Platform or completing a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Cancellation & Refund Policy, Liability Waiver, and Safety Screening Protocol, all of which are incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform or book Services.
1. Eligibility & Use of Platform
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use this Platform or participate in Services. You agree to use the Platform for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms.
We reserve the right to refuse access to the Platform or Services at our discretion.
2. Nature of Services
Aloee Wellness provides wellness-oriented, ceremonial, and experiential services intended for personal growth and well-being. Outcomes vary by individual and no specific results are guaranteed.
Our Services are not a substitute for professional care, medical diagnosis, or treatment. Participation is voluntary and based on informed consent.
3. Safety, Screening & Eligibility
Participation in certain Services is subject to completion of a safety screening and eligibility review. You agree to provide complete, honest, and accurate information regarding your health history, medications, supplements, and substance use.
Failure to disclose relevant information may result in denied participation with no refund, credit, or rescheduling, as outlined in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
4. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Aloee Wellness.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Aloee Wellness does not store full payment details.
All cancellations, rescheduling, credits, and non-refund conditions are governed exclusively by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which you agree to review before booking.
5. Bookings Made on Behalf of Others
If you book a service on behalf of one or more additional participants, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that you have communicated all relevant safety information, eligibility requirements, cancellation terms, and policies to each participant.
You acknowledge and agree that you are financially responsible for the booking, including all applicable fees, cancellations, no-shows, or policy violations, regardless of whether the participant personally attended, canceled, or completed the service.
All participants are required to complete any applicable safety screening, consent forms, and liability waivers prior to participation. Failure of any participant to do so does not invalidate this agreement or entitle the booking party to a refund or chargeback.
6. Service Liability Waiver
Participation in any Service is conditional upon your acceptance of the Liability Waiver. By booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the waiver, including assumption of risk and release of liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Conduct & Right to Refuse Service
You agree to behave respectfully and follow all safety instructions, ceremonial guidelines, and facilitator directions.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate participation at any time if your behavior poses a safety risk or disrupts the experience. In such cases, no refund, credit, or rescheduling will be provided.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Platform — including text, images, videos, branding, and materials — is the property of Aloee Wellness or its licensors and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aloee Wellness and its owners, facilitators, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or participation in Services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aloee Wellness from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your participation in Services.
11. Modifications to Services or Terms
We reserve the right to modify Services, schedules, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform and apply prospectively.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and Mexico the applicable regional laws where Services are provided. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aloee Wellness.
